1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for payments made in advance for treatments not yet initiated.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
- Any consultation fees, diagnostic tests, or one-time charges are non-refundable once services are rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Treatments already started or partially completed
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)
- Customized treatment plans with lab or material costs incurred
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email us at contact@drkiranssmilegroup.com with your payment receipt and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds made via UPI, card, or other gateways may be subject to bank processing times.
4. Treatment Packages & EMI Plans
- In case of refund requests for prepaid packages or EMI-based treatments, only the unused portion is eligible for a refund.
- Any third-party financing charges or administrative fees are non-refundable.
